Shipping & Returns Policy

What is pre-order?

At Nashie, our products are in high demand, and sometimes we sell out before the next batch arrives at our fulfillment center. When that happens, we offer pre-orders so you can secure your Nashie in advance. The estimated arrival date will be displayed next to the product name. Once the stock reaches our warehouse, your order will be shipped out on that specified date.

How does shipping and delivery work?
After you place an order, our team carefully prepares and packages your Nashie. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order, although normally, orders are packed and shipped on day you order. We ship all items together, so if your order includes a pre-order item, we’ll wait until that item is ready before sending the entire order.

Expect your Nashie to arrive within two (2) to eight (8) business days once shipped. We’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please note, tracking may take up to 24 hours to show any activity, so don’t worry if there’s a delay in updates.

If your Nashie hasn’t arrived within ten (10) business days, please reach out to us using the form on this page so we can assist in locating your parcel. While we don’t offer insured shipping, we’re committed to helping you track down your order and resolve any issues.

How do I track my order?
Exciting news—your Nashie is on its way! Once we’ve handed over your order to the courier, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email, it’s possible your item was on pre-order. Check your original order confirmation for details, and note that you won’t receive a shipping confirmation until the pre-order item is available.

Can I change my shipping address?
Realised you’ve entered the wrong address? As long as your Nashie hasn’t shipped yet, we can help update your details. Just contact us using the form on this page with your order number and the correct address, and we’ll take care of it.

However, if your order has already shipped – then you may be able to change your address by copying your tracking number into Australia post’s tracking page here and selecting ‘redirect package’ on your tracking page. If this option is not available, please contact Australia post on 13 7678 to see if they are able to redirect your parcel.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we’re thrilled to offer Nashie across the globe! While we started in Australia, our stylish Nashies are available across the globe. If you can't see your country on the shipping form, please contact us.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

To initiate a return, please complete the form on this page. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

We want you to love your Nashie, but if you need to return it, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

  • There is no restocking fee for the Nashie – we will restock items for free. We also cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you for exchanges.
  • The Nashie must be unused, not worn in water, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original hang tag still attached and intact.
  • Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 30 days of your order delivery.
  • The Nashie must be sealed in its original packaging.
  • Simply send your Nashie to the address provided, and we’ll change it for you, or refund you (if applicable).
  • While we pay for additional shipping to get a new exchanged item back to you, you will need to cover shipping costs for sending the original item back to us first.

Please note:

  • Final Sale or Non-Returnable items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
  • Items can be only be exchanged for the same stocked item or those of a lower price.
  • If returning a Nashie that was part of a bundle, the remaining items will be charged at the standard price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Once your order is shipped, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping charges.

Return Shipping:
Our free returns policy means there is no restocking fee charged, and we pay for new items exchanged to be sent out to you.

We will pay for return shipping for faulty items. For change of mind returns, we ask your only cost is to cover the return postage fees for the shipping cost to send the item back to us.

Refunds:
Once the item you are returning is received and inspected, we’ll assess it and process your refund if deemed appropriate. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
